Education and skills

Creating an environment for success

Our on-site research, education and training campus will help occupiers develop a pipeline of green and technology skills for the future. Linked to new industries and occupiers labour demands, Yorkshire Energy Park’s education provision will enable people to access apprenticeship and training opportunities, as well as supporting new business start-ups.

Access to existing skills and workforce

East Yorkshire is a hotbed of innovation, entrepreneurship and talent. With an existing local, skilled workforce, your business can access a pool of talented individuals in the fastest developing region for job growth – at twice the national average. Over half of local people are in roles classified as managerial, professional or skilled.
