A key player in the UK’s green industrial revolution

A next generation energy and technology business park

Yorkshire Energy Park is an energy and technology business park located on a former aerodrome site in the East Riding of Yorkshire, to the east of the city of Hull. Works to ready the site for its first occupiers has already begun and we are working closely with those businesses to realise their design and build visions.

The masterplan

  • 212-acre site, with 88-acres for development
  • Energy centre and primary substation, providing on- and off-site energy for export
  • Tier 3 data centre and disaster recovery suite
  • Incubator space for start-up businesses and SME growth
  • National Centre of Excellence for education, training and research facilities
  • On-site state-of-the-art sports facilities
  • 45 hectares of green space, protected for 80+ years as an ecologically enhanced area for protected species

Space available now

Alongside our ecological zone, flexible business park and logistics space is available to suit varying needs. With outline planning permission already secured and plots available immediately, we can work with businesses to create a space that’s the perfect fit.
